We have really great speciality coffee too...but we need great people to bring this all together and help us deliver a truly revolutionary next generation consumer coffee experience.

Location: Based from home (commutable to Rugby within 20 minutes)

Hours: 35 hours Monday - Friday

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Bonus Structure

Who you are

  • Previous experience in telesales, internal sales, business development, or customer service would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and prospecting new business
  • Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude
  • Self motivated with good organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred
  • Knowledge or interest in coffee and or tech
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within offices, hospitality, retail, leisure, and foodservice sectors.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to introduce company products or services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report lead generation activities and results.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and communications.
  • Proactively contact potential new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve sales targets.
